コート貸切予約の場合
オンライン予約システムについて
タイヤワールド館ベストドームのコート予約システムはリクルートのAirリザーブを使用しております。その為リクルートIDと連携しており、リクルートIDをお持ちの方はご予約者情報の入力の手間が省けますので便利です。
リクルートIDをお持ちでない方は、お手数ではありますがリクルートIDを新規作成いただけますと、次回からのご予約がスムーズに行えます。

オンライン予約システムについて
タイヤワールド館ベストドームのコート予約システムはリクルートのAirリザーブを使用しております。その為リクルートIDと連携しており、リクルートIDをお持ちの方は予約の変更やキャンセルが便利になります。
リクルートIDをお持ちでない方は、お手数ではありますがご予約の際にリクルートIDの新規作成をおすすめいたします。
オンライン予約変更またはキャンセルについて
予約変更またはキャンセルの際は下記からお願いします。
A：予約システムによる変更またはキャンセル
B：メールによる変更またはキャンセル
A：予約システムでの予約の変更・取消し

予約システムにログインし予約の変更またはキャンセルを行って下さい。
※ご予約時リクルートIDで予約されると変更等がスムーズです。
B：【Eメール】で予約の変更・取消し
[件名] ○月○日（変更前の予約日を記載）グループ予約変更・取消し申込
[本文] ①代表者名 ②会員番号（または非会員）③（変更後の）利用希望日時 ④(変更後の)ミニコート or 正規コート ⑤電話番号（連絡がとりやすいもの）
キャンセル料が発生した場合は、ご予約取消しor変更日（②の時点）から7日間以内にタイヤワールド館ベストドームカウンターに直接お支払いいただきます。
2.HALEO Dome will send an email confirming receipt of your application. (This e-mail will be the completion of acceptance.)
*If there is a cancellation fee, please pay it at the HALEO Dome store within 7 days from the date of cancellation or change of reservation (at point ②).
